At LessOverthink, every hat is handcrafted with intention and sent with care. We ship primarily from Lithuania using trusted delivery partners via Sendcloud. Below you’ll find all the key details about our shipping process.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

• All EU countries

• The UK & Ireland

• The USA

• Other countries (Australia, Japan, Canada, Brasil)

Processing Time

Each hat is made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

• UK: 5–10 business days (customs delays may apply)

• USA: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on your delivery address and order weight. We use Sendcloud to offer competitive pricing with trusted carriers like DPD, DHL, GLS, and others.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on select orders or during special campaigns — keep an eye out!

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers outside the EU (especially in the UK or USA) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.
Less Overthink is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
