These Terms of Service govern your use of the Less Overthink online store and any purchases made through it.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with the seller.

1. Products

All hats are made to order by hand. Slight variations in shape, material texture, or color are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal, which are processed securely.
We do not store full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers).

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Lithuania via trusted courier services (e.g., DPD, DHL, GLS).
Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
International buyers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns and Exchanges

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and in original condition.Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from your use of the site or purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
