How long does it take to make my hat?
Every hat is handmade after your order. Production usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on materials and current demand.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping.
EU delivery: 5–8 days · USA: 7–15 days · UK & Ireland: 7–10 days · Worldwide: up to 18 days.
For faster delivery, express shipping is also available at checkout.

What if my package is delayed?
All orders include a tracking link. Most arrive on time, but delays can happen due to customs or local carriers.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days, or if it’s been 14+ days since shipment, email us — we’ll investigate and help.

My order arrived damaged — what now?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at yess@lessoverthink.com within 3 days of receiving your order (include photos). We’ll fix it with a replacement, repair, or refund.

What’s your return policy?
Most hats can be returned within 14 days, as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
Simply fill in our Return Form and we’ll guide you through the process.
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
For orders outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA), local customs offices may sometimes add duties or import taxes. These are handled by your country and are not included in our prices — we’ll always provide tracking to make the process smoother.

How do I know if the hat will fit me?
Our sculptural hats are designed in one shape that fits most adult head sizes (54–59 cm).
Each hat includes a discreet inner elastic band, so you can gently adjust for comfort.

Can I request a custom version?
Sometimes, yes. If you’d like a special material, color, or detail, email us at yess@lessoverthink.com with your idea. We’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a quote.
