How long does it take to make my hat?

Each hat is made to order. Production time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on material availability and current demand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to all EU countries, the UK, and the USA. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at less@overthink.com and we’ll try to help.

How do I know if the hat will fit me?

Our hats are designed in one sculptural shape that fits most adult head sizes (approx. 56–59 cm). Each hat includes a discreet inner elastic band that provides a gentle, adjustable fit. You can also check our size guide for tips on how to measure your head and choose the right size. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Can I request a custom version?

In some cases, yes. If you'd like a different material, color, or detail variation, contact us with your idea. We’ll let you know what’s possible and provide a quote.

Please note: custom orders are non-returnable.

What’s your return policy?

Most hats can be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned. For full details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

Oh no! Please email us at yess@lessoverthink.com within 3 days of receiving your item, including photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

What if my package is delayed?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your package.

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to customs, local carriers, or holidays.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or if it's been more than 14 business days since shipment and the order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at yess@lessoverthink.com — we’ll investigate with the carrier and do our best to assist you.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are based on destination and order weight. We offer reliable shipping with carriers like DHL, DPD, and GLS.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If you're ordering from outside the EU (e.g. UK or USA), your local customs office may charge duties or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
