Returns & Exchanges

Although each hat is handcrafted after purchase, we want you to feel good about what you wear. That’s why most Less Overthink pieces are eligible for return, unless they were custom-made or personalized at your request.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return your hat within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made items (e.g. special materials, colors, or sizing made specifically for you) are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Fill out this return form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions by email.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.

  4. Once received and inspected, you’ll receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us (yess@lessoverthink.com) within 3 days of delivery.

  • We'll repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

International Orders & Customs

  • We do not refund customs fees or international duties.

  • If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
