We want you to feel confident with your choice. If your hat doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to return
Fill out the Return Form with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll email you the return instructions.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Important to know
Return costs: Covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Custom requests (special sizing, unique materials or colors made only for you) are non-returnable.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
