WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Each product takes approximately 2–4 business days to be prepared before shipping.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different locations. Once each shipment has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
Depending on the items in your order, products may be shipped separately from different locations. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment once it has been shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE REMAINING PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?
Once each shipment has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information for that shipment.
If you’ve received tracking details for only part of your order, the remaining products may still be in production or awaiting shipment. Please allow a little extra time for the tracking details to arrive.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES FOR EACH PACKAGE?
No, shipping fees are calculated for your entire order, not separately for each product or package. The total shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA?
We aim to fulfill orders shipped to the USA from within the United States whenever possible. This helps avoid additional import duties and customs charges while ensuring faster delivery. In some cases, a product may need to be shipped from another country, and additional duties or taxes may apply.

First, check your tracking information for the latest delivery updates. If your order contains multiple products, please remember that they may arrive separately.
If the estimated delivery timeframe has passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can assist you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you believe your package has been lost or your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
